Guernsey regulator warns licenced firm's details used by criminals to commit fraud

Guernsey Financial Services Commission warned on 18 September that details of one of its licenced companies was used by criminals to commit fraud.  Havelet Finance Limited, is licensed by the island's regulator under the Lending, Credit and Finance (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2022.
