Siblings charged over $124m scam sales of digital token called Ormeus Coin

The US Securities and Exchange Commission on 8 March charged siblings John and JonAtina (Tina) Barksdale with defrauding thousands of retail investors out of more than $124m through two unregistered fraudulent offerings of securities involving a digital token called ‘Ormeus Coin.'
