Isle of Man FSA bans directors from regulated activity

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has banned Intelligent Formations Limited and Christopher Stirk from regulated activity, in a statement which it said was in accordance with powers conferred upon it under section 30 of the Financial Services Act 2008. Section 4 of the Act prohibits any person from carrying on, or holding themselves out as carrying on, any Regulated Activity (as defined in the Regulated Activities Order 2011 made under the Act) in respect of which no licence issued by the Authority is in force.
