Finma's Board of Directors has appointed Johanna Preisig as a member of the Executive Board. Preisig will lead the Strategic Services division from 1 July 2020. The current head of this division, Rupert Schaefer, will take over the Recovery and Resolution division starting from that date and will remain a member of the Executive Board. David Wyss, head of the Recovery and Resolution division, will leave Finma at the end of June 2020 at his own request to pursue new opportunities elsewhere.
