BNP Paribas Netherlands has strengthened its Corporate & Institutional Banking teamwith the appointment of Guido van den Brande and Peter Toutenhoofd.
Van den Brande will become co-head Corporate Client Group Netherlands, effective 1 April 2020 and Toutenhoofd started as head of Advisory Netherlands on 1 February 2020.

Van den Brande previously worked as head of Corporate Clients RBS and in recent years as managing director head of Coverage at HSBC.
Toutenhoofd comes over from Rabobank where he was managing director within the M&A team for the past 6 years. Both have over 25 years of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance experience.
Van den Brande will lead the Corporate Client Group together with Matijn van Went as co-head. Van Went will focus specifically on Flow Banking, while van den Brande will focus on Strategic Dialogue.
