Investment funds domiciled in Finland had overall net subscriptions of €376m in 2019, helping take industry AUM to €125bn by th end of the year, reports Investment Research Finland.
It adds that although there were overall net inflows, there were also differences between asset classes. Net inflows to bond and short term funds totalled some €3bn. Asset allocation funds saw net inflows of €716m through the year, while alternative funds saw inflows of €1.1bn.
However, equity funds saw net outflows of €4.6bn, which is partly explained by "funds moving abroad from Finland".
