UBS Asset Management (UBS AM) has appointed Gaetano Lepore as head of its real estate business (Real Estate & Private Markets) in Italy. Lepore will combine his new role with that of portfolio manager held at UBS AM Italia SGR Spa, the firm's asset management business in Italy. Over the 12 years Lepore has been working for the firm, he has gained valuable knowledge and experience in real estate in the country.
