Tikehau Capital partners with Intesa Sanpaolo's Fideuram to offer private market solutions to HNWI

Fideuram, Intesa Sanpaolo's private banking network, is launching the fourth generation of the Fideuram Alternative Investments (FAI) platform in partnership with the alternative fund manager Tikehau Capital. 

Tikehau Capital has announced a fundraising of over €400m for the ne fund, which is aimed at offering European private markets investment solutions to HNWI (high net worth individuals) whom, in this case, are Fideuram's clients. 

The fund offers a bespoke, multi-asset solution aimed at providing high net worth individuals with diversified exposure to European private markets by investing across private debt, private equity, real estate, and special opportunities.

So far, the Fund has been subscribed to by almost 3,000 clients of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private banking networks.

According to the Italian private bank, this initiative leverages Tikehau Capital's investment platform and established track record to deliver a flexible solution that extracts value across cycles.
