Santander Asset Management has set up a new illiquid alternatives investment area and appointed Borja Díaz-Llanos to lead it. The new area will be made up of a team of 13 employees scattered across Europe and Latin America. In his new role, Díaz-Llanos will be reporting to José Mazoy, global investments director of Santander Asset Management.
