PGIM Real Estate hires two for business development across Europe, Mid East & Africa

PGIM Real Estate, the property business of PGIM that in turn is the manager business of US financial group Prudential Financial, has announced a boost to its EMEA business development team with the appointments of Ibtissem Sfaxi and Nidhya Ramasubbu.

Sfaxi joins as executive director in the team. She comes from Hodes Weill & Associates, where she had responsibilities for institutional private placement in French speaking Europe and the Middle East. Before that she was a senior business development manager and product specialist at Aberdeen Asset Management. She has also held roles at Pradera Real Estate, JER and Capital & Marketing Group.

Ramasubbu has joined the team as vice president. Previously at DWS as a product specialist in the global client group, she focused on alternative asset classes including property, private equity and impact funds. Previous business development and client servicing roles have been held at Duff & Phelps, Real Capital Analytics and Grameen Creative Lab.

Both Sfaxi and Ramasubbu will be based in London and report to Faris Mansour, head of EMEA Business Development.
