The overall number of foreigners working for government bodies in Kuwait has dropped from 127,000 to 123,00 this year according to official figures. The statistics from the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) showed one expat employee in the international organizations' liaison office, another at the Municipal Council, three at Boursa Kuwait and eight in the citizens' service agency.
