Banca Generali appoints ex-Azimut WM head of advisory to top management role

Banca Generali has appointed Massimo Donatoni to lead the group's financial advisory network, Italian financial media has reported. Donatoni has an extensive career in finance, achieved in managerial positions at companies like UBS and Azimut, and will be reporting directly to Marco Bernardi, deputy general director of Banca Generali's commercial network. He joins Banca Generali from Azimut Wealth Management, where he was head of advisory and investment for around six years. Prior to that, he was head of the HMWI unit at UBS Italy during eight years.
