UniCredit has appointed Fabio Lanza as head of business transformation & development to the group's wealth management business. Lanza will be responsible for the development of new strategic projects and initiatives, aimed at growing the business while increasing its efficiency. He joins UniCredit from the Italian asset manager Cordusio Sim, where he was general co-director of sales and operations.
