Morgan Stanley Investment Management has appointed Seema Hingorani as managing director.
At MSIM, she will be the architect of a new training and development program for junior investing talent across the entire investment platform. Hingorani will also be a senior relationship manager for several of MSIM's institutional clients. She is the founder of Girls Who Invest, a rapidly growing non-profit organisation that is changing the landscape of the industry by bringing more women into investing and portfolio management roles.
Resolution Life, the global life insurance group, has Rachel Lomax and Maria Morris to its board as non-executive directors.
Morris is an experienced life insurance executive who sits on the boards of Wells Fargo & Company and S&P Global Inc. and most recently served as Executive Vice President at MetLife. Rachel Lomax is the Former Deputy Governor of the Bank of England and also sits on the boards of Heathrow Airport Holdings, Serco Group plc and the British Council. The appointments come at a time of rapid growth for Resolution Life since September 2018 following completion of a reinsurance transaction with Symetra Life Insurance Company and the acquisition of AMP Life in Australia, which is expected to close in 1H20.

Crestbridge has appointed Michael Johnson as group head of Fund Services as the firm bolsters its ability to support the needs of a growing global fund client base.
Johnson will be responsible for continuing to grow and evolve Crestbridge's overall funds proposition, supporting managers operating across asset classes, including private equity, real estate, debt and credit funds, and helping them to navigate the regulatory environments in multiple jurisdictions. With more than 17 years' experience in international financial services, he joins from Intertrust where he was head of Fund Services in the Channel Islands.
Mediolanum International Funds (MIFL), the third largest asset manager investing money from Ireland by AuM ($40bn) has announced the hire of their new Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, Elizabeth Geoghegan.
As a Portfolio Manager in MIFL's Fixed Income team, Geoghegan will be instrumental to the performance of the firm's in-house strategies, as well as being an active member of MIFL's strategy team, and working closely with the firm's multi-manager selection team. She joins the from Dublin-based asset manager, Goodbody Asset Management, where she spent four years playing a key role in the success of the Goodbody's Fixed Income and multi-asset Portfolios.
Enra Group has appointed Adrian Scragg as director, Funding Solutions. In his new role, he will be responsible for optimising Enra's funding strategy, strengthening investor engagement as well as building a Capital Markets programme.
Scragg was previously director of Capital Markets for Belmont Green Finance where he developed the wholesale funding platform from a standing start when he joined in early 2016. Whilst at Belmont Green Adrian established the Tower Bridge public RMBS programme which has seen the successful securitisation of £1.6bn of loans since closing the inaugural deal in late 2017.

Deutsche Bank Wealth Management appointed Rajesh Mahadevan as head of Global Products & Solutions (GPS) for Emerging Markets as it extends its product capabilities for clients in its fast-growing Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region.
Mahadevan will take up his new role in January, based in Singapore and reporting to Lavanya Chari, Global Head of GPS. He will be responsible for running the advisory business in the region as well as capital markets, the funds group and wealth planning.
Prescient Investment Management, a global investment manager with over $6bn assets under management, has hired Gaurav Maleri as president, Global Sales, to be based in its London office.
Maleri will be focusing on the promotion of Prescient China's range of Irish UCITS funds, which use a systematic and quantitative approach to seek long term growth from Chinese markets across equities, fixed income and asset allocation strategies. He has a 17-year career in asset management and private banking in both Europe and Asia.
Legal & General Investment Management Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Margaret Ammon as Chief Risk Officer, subject to regulatory approvals.
Currently Chief Risk Officer for Asset Management, M&G, Ammon will join LGIM in February 2020 and be responsible for the oversight and development of LGIM's risk functions globally, reporting to Michelle Scrimgeour the CEO of LGIM. Prior to joining M&G in London, she was Chief Risk Officer for Colonial First State Global Asset Management (2015-2017); APAC Head of Risk for Schroders (2011-2015); and Chief Risk Officer for Old Mutual Asset Managers (2006-2011). Margaret also worked in financial risk management at KMPG (2000-2006). She has worked in the UK, Asia and Australia.
