International law firm Ashurst has announced the appointment of Jasmin Gütle as a partner in its investment funds practice in Munich.
Joining from Linklaters in Munich, Gütle is a qualified tax adviser and focuses on advising semi-institutional investors on fund structuring and investing in alternative investment funds, including private equity, mezzanine, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt.
She began her career at Linklaters in 2006, and over the last 13 years has built up a successful fund investor advisory business with a strong track record, having advised on several hundreds of alternative investments.
Ashurst's global investment funds practice operates from the UK, US, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Germany and Australia. The group advises on funds with a wide range of investment strategies including private equity, real estate, debt/credit, infrastructure and energy funds.
