Eurizon takes stake in financial platform Oval Money

Eurizon, the asset management company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, has taken a direct non-controlling stake in Oval Money, an Anglo-Italian fintech provider in the area of savings and digital payment services. The platform is intended to facilitate implementation of an additional distribution channel that complements traditional networks used by the asset manager, thereby supporting growth through digital initiatives targeting both Italian and non-Italian customers.
