BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) has supported Paris-based fintech firm Napoleon Capital on the launch of an absolute return quantitative strategy investing in global equities.
The Napoleon World Equities AR Dynamix Fund offers exposure to a unique systematic index that is part of the Dynamix family, launched by Napoleon Capital and administered and calculated by Napoleon Index. The index is based on underlying strategies combined using statistics and artificial intelligence.
The Fund targets the largest companies in Japan, the UK, and the Eurozone, alongside major companies in the US tech market.
The fund's objective is to maximise capital appreciation regardless of market conditions, while targeting a maximum volatility of 10%, BNPP AM explained in a note.
Stéphane Ifrah, CEO of Napoleon Capital, said:"This fund represents the culmination of several years of development by Napoleon Capital, and the successful launch of a new form of product.
"We remain focused on quantitative management and are very pleased to have the support of a major player such as BNP Paribas Asset Management."
