Danielle Welsh-Rose joins the firm as ESG investment director of Asia Pacific, while Petra Daroczi joins as investment analyst of ESG fixed income.
Based in Sydney, Welsh-Rose will be responsible for driving ASI's ESG strategy in Asia Pacific, ensuring full integration of ESG principles into investment decision-making processes. She will report to Euan Stirling, global head of stewardship and ESG investment, and Brett Jollie, managing director in Australia.
Welsh-Rose brings more than 17 years of experience in ESG leadership roles. She was most recently head of ESG at Victorian Funds Management.

Meanwhile, Daroczi joins the Asian fixed income team based in Singapore where she will be responsible for analysing Asian credit from ESG risk perspectives, as well as support integration of ESG risk assessment in the regional fixed income portfolios.
Daroczi will report directly to Paul Lukaszewski, head of corporate debt in Asia and Australia.
Adam McCabe, head of fixed income in Asia and Australia, said: "Petra's strong passion and expertise in sustainable investing, combined with our deep regional and global insights, will be vital as we continue to embed ESG principles in our fixed income portfolio management to drive positive outcomes for our clients."
