Columbia Threadneedle nabs ex-Santander AM's senior fund manager to lead sales in Iberia

UK asset management firm Columbia Threadneedle has appointed Gabriel Simón as sales director for Iberia in a move aimed at boosting its business in the southern European market. Simón will be responsible for expanding the firm's relationships with its clients in Iberia, which include financial advisory firms, fund selectors, financial advisory networks, private banking, insurers, and discretionary funds' managers.
