Savills Investment Management has appointed Barbara Linnemann as head of Asset Management Germany, tasked with driving continued growth in the company's activities in the country.
Responsibilities also include growing asset management mandates for foreign investors there, and planning, managing, implementing and controlling measures to enhance the value of the German property portfolio, currentl valued at some €2bn.
Linnemann has previously worked at Vivico (CA Immo), Shaftsbury Asset Management and Corpus Sireo/Morgan Stanley. Most recently she was managing director at Apleona Argoneo, with responsibility for asset management.
