Hawksford
Hawksford has appointed Daniel Hainsworth as global head of Corporate Services to spearhead the development and growth of the company's international corporate offering.  

Prior to his appointment, Hainsworth was Hawksford's head of Corporate Services for EMEA. In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and performance of the group's Corporate Services business, supervising a team of more than 220 people across 12 different jurisdictions around the globe.

Dolfin
Dolfin has named Richard Webb as head of Technology. In the newly created role, Webb will oversee Dolfin's technology and infrastructure strategy and lead the development of its digital wealth management offering.

Webb joins with over 20 years' experience leading IT, change management and digital transformation projects. As a consultant across hedge funds, investment banks and retail banking, he led teams at CQS Management, RBS Global Banking, UBS Investment Bank and Accenture. More recently, Webb has successfully built and managed hedge fund technology platforms for the likes of Rokos Capital Management and COMAC Capital as head of Enterprise Technology and chief technology officer respectively.

Franklin Templeton
Franklin Templeton has appointed former GAM Asian equity fund manager Michael Lai as lead manager on its Luxembourg FTIF-Templeton China fund, with current manager Eddie Chow set for retirement.

Lai, who has also been hired as a senior vice president and portfolio manager on other Chinese equities mandates, will lead the China fund with assistance from portfolio manager Yu-Jen Shih, who joined alongside Jason Zhu as deputy director of research in December. The former manager of GAM Star China Equity and GAM Star Asian Equity, Lai left the firm in March after more than two decades.

Invesco 
Invesco has hired Ali Zouiten and Derek Steeden from HSBC Global Asset Management and Legal & General Investment Management respectively to newly created roles within its London-based Invesco Investment Solutions team.

Zouiten and Steeden, who join as director of derivatives solutions development and portfolio manager respectively, will be responsible for developing a team to manage liability-aware and multi-asset overlay portfolios, in particular for pensions and insurance clients.

TISE
The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has announced Adrienne Muir as a new non-executive director of its regulatory arm, The International Stock Exchange Authority Ltd. Muir will combine the new board position with her role as chief operating officer at VoxSmart Limited, a provider of mobile surveillance technology in financial services.

IQ-EQ
Investor services group IQ-EQ has appointed Alasdair McLaren as head of private wealth, Guernsey. The appointment comes amid global expansion and a recent rebrand of the business. Formerly SGG Group, the firm gained a presence in Guernsey in 2018 following its acquisitions of First Names Group and Augentius.

Mourant
Mourant, the offshore legal and governance services firm, has appointed Gavin Frost as its new chief finance officer (CFO). Frost will have overall responsibility for Mourant's international finance team and operations and will also sit on the firm's management committee and operations committee.

He joins from global top 15 law firm, Eversheds Sutherland in London where, for the last five years, he was head of Commercial Finance.

Man Group 
Man Group has hired Patrick Kenney and Santiago Pardo as portfolio managers in Man GLG, the discretionary investment management business of the $112bn hedge fund group. Kenney joins from Overland Advisors while Pardo joins from the Abraaj Group.

Capital Group 
Capital Group has recruited Guy Henriques as head of Europe and Asia distribution, a London-based role. Henriques, who previously worked at Schroders, will join the California-headquartered $1.9trn investment group in November.
