Hypo Vorarlberg has appointed Karl-Heinz Strube as the new head of asset management. He takes over this role with effect from 1 August 2019.
Strube succeeds Roland Rupprechter, who left the bank in July after almost 17 years at his own request, to pursue an independent activity. Rupprechter has played a major role in shaping the development of asset management and asset management over the past few years.
With almost 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Strube has worked for Vorarlberger Bank since January 2016 and has been in charge of the asset management advisory desk since the beginning of 2018.
He has worked as a portfolio manager and senior private banking consultant in a German bank.
