CISI The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) has named Timothy C. Boles as president of CISI's Isle of Man branch committee. Boles, Chartered FCSI, FRGS, FRSA, FInstLM, takes over from Paul Kneen Chartered FCSI, from Pacific Fund Systems Europe, who held the position for the previous two years.
