WIIA Italy 2019: Shortlisted candidates comment

The InvestmentEurope Women In Investment Awards Italy 2019, taking place 2 October in Milan, have elicited responses from shortlisted candidates.

Taking place at the Palazzo Parigi, the Awards seek to recognise the achievements of women in the investment industry in Italy across multiple areas, including analysis, fund management and fund selection; however, they also seek to recognise some of the particular challenges faced by women in returning to the workforce, and those seeking to provide mentorship to others.

Giulia Culot

Giulia Culot, portfolio manager at Generali Investments Partners, has been shorlisted in the category Fund Manager of the Year, and says: "Sometimes we ‘forget' to take pride in our own achievements, but being in the shortlist for such a prestigious Award truly means a lot to me."
