Capco, management consultancy dedicated to the financial services industry, has appointed Olaf Clemens as a new partner in the firm's Frankfurt office.
Clemens is a business transformation specialist with 15 years' experience working in financial services. In his new role, he will support major banks in developing new business models and drive forward the implementation of technology-focused projects.
Bodo Schaefer, managing director for Capco Germany, said: "Clemens brings significant expertise and a strong network in banking, capital markets, risk management, regulatory and IT expertise, and he will play an important role in helping to expand Capco's presence in the industry and drive further business opportunities. We are witnessing a period of upheaval and opportunity across financial services in Germany, and he is the ideal candidate to oversee the complex transformation projects that will ensure our clients can continue to lead and shape the industry in the future."
Clemens joins Capco from Deutsche Bank, where he worked directly for the former CEO. He started his career at KPMG and holds a doctorate in finance from Goethe University, Frankfurt.
