Spanish asset management firm Santalucía AM is expanding its investment offer with the launch of three funds.
The firm, which was originally an insurance firm that later expanded its business capabilities to asset management in 2014, has launched a fixed income and an equity strategy - both investing in emerging markets - and a high yield fund.
Santalucía Renta Fija Emergentes is a fund of funds whose benchmark index is the JPM Embi Global Diversified Total Return Eur Hedged. Over 75% of the fund's portfolio will be invested in public and private debt from any emerging market.
Santalucía Renta Variable Emergentes will invest over 75% of its portfolio in equity worldwide. However, at least 75% of its exposure will be to equity from the emerging markets.
Santalucía Renta Fija High Yield, whose benchmark index is the Bloomberg Barclays Global High Yield Total Return Hedged Eur, will invest 100% of its portfolio in public and private debt. From this share, over 50% will be invested in high yield fixed income securities.
