Groupama AM's flagship global equity fund is now available to Spanish investors

The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has authorised the registration of  Groupama Asset Management's flagship global equity fund.

The G Fund World Vision, launched in 1963, was formerly named Monde GAN. The fund's renaming responds to the need of giving the strategy a more international name in line with its opening to new participants outside of France, Groupama AM explained in a note.

Since inception, the fund has invested in equities globally with a long-term investment view. It is managed by Philippe Vialle who, with over two decades of experience in the management of global and US equity strategies, has been in charge of the fund since 2006.

The fund's investment team seeks to take advantage from some of the structural social trends that are cabable of creating value in the mid- and long-term. Cloud architecture or the evolution of infrastructures in IT are some of these trends included in the fund's portfolio.
