Sanne, the provider of professional services to alternative investment managers, has appointed Malcolm Hassan as managing director of business development and marketing.

Based in London, he will oversee business development as well as brand and market positioning of Sanne's global platform. Hassan joins from RBS, where he was responsible for building and growing the Funs Banking business.

Before that he held roles at a number of boutique M&A advisory houses.
