Japan tops survey for best paid expats in Asia

Japan has been found to offer expatriate workers the best remuneration packages in Asia, clearly beating rivals like Hong Kong (4th) and Singapore (9th), in a global survey conducted by ECA International. The MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey found that the average mid-level expat pay package is $386,451 a year.
