Wealthcap launches AIF for wealthy private investors

Real estate investment manager Wealthcap has launched an alternative investment fund (AIF).
The mutual fund Wealthcap Strategiefonds Alternatives is based on a subscription amount of €100,000 for the first time to wealthy private investors, plus 3 percent subscription fee.
The aim is to achieve an internal rate of return of around 7 percent, based on the subscription amount without front-end load and before tax. The term of the fund ends on 30 June 2032.
Investments in several institutional target funds are intended to provide access to professional investment options across a range of asset classes, including value-added real estate (target: 55 percent), private equity (target: 30 percent) and energy / infrastructure (target: 15 percent).
Gabriele Volz, managing director of Wealthcap said: "The investment strategy maintains a balanced spread across multiple target fund providers, asset classes, regions and investment cycles."
