Italian asset manager Mediobanca SGR launches multi-asset fund range

The asset management division of the Italian Mediobanca Group is expanding its fund offering with the launch of a new open-ended funds range.

Mediobanca Global Multimanager is split into three fund of funds investment solutions that invest in all type of asset classes globally. The difference between the three fund of funds is the percentage that each of them allocates to equity, being 15%, 35% and 60% respectively.

According to the firm, the new range presents several advantages for investors including access to around 6,000 strategies from 150 different asset management firms; greater diversification in relation to asset classes and geographies; and the possibility to maintain stable the desired risk profile. 

Emilio Franco, managing director of Mediobanca SGR, said: "By choosing the products of Mediobanca Global Multimanager range it is possible to access, through a single instrument, to the expertise on each asset class of the asset management industry (…)."

Investors can access the funds range through CheBanca! and Mediobanca Private Banking.
