BEKB announces changes to board
BEKB has elected three new board members during the Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2019.
Gilles Frôté, Annelis Lüscher Hämmerli and Pascal Sieber are elected as new members to the Board of Directors. Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter was confirmed as president.
Due to the term limitation Peter Siegenthaler left the Board of Directors. Also Jürg Rebsamen and Eva Jaisli will not be re-elected to the board.
The following members were re-elected for one year: Daniel Bloch, Christoph Lengwiler, Rudolf Stämpfli and Peter Wittwer.
Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter, Daniel Bloch and Peter Wittwer were also elected to the compensation committee. The other proposals were also approved by a large majority.
