Jupiter FM poaches Schroders global head of finance

Jupiter Fund Management has appointed Wayne Mepham as chief financial officer (CFO) subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Mepham will take up the role on 2 September 2019 and will also join the company's Board and Executive Committee.
With over 23 years' experience in the financial services sector, Mepham is currently the global head of Finance at Schroders, where he has worked for the past nine years. Prior to Schroders, he held a number of senior roles at PwC where he worked with many of the firm's asset management, insurance and banking clients.
This appointment is made following the announcement in February 2019 of Charlotte Jones' intention to step down from her role to take up the position of CFO at RSA Insurance Group plc. Jones will remain with Jupiter until 30 July 2019.
