Mercer Investments has appointed Milagros Méndez Ureña to its investments team led by the firm´s partner Cristina San Juan.
With over three decades of experience in the distribution of financial solutions, Méndez joins Mercer after having worked as a senior adviser for various global firms. She previously was responsible for the business development of Banco Sabadell Ibersecurities. She also worked at Banco Urquijo, where she was director of Treasury, and at FG Inversiones Bursátiles as founding partner and fixed income director.
Her appointment aims at boosting Mercer´s growth strategy in Spain, the firm said in a statement.
Mercer Investments, with around €12bn in assets under administration, has distribution agreements with some of the most known asset management groups worldwide.
