Diaphanum enters Oviedo with double hire

Diaphanum SV is landing in Oviedo by appointing two financial agents, just a couple of days after adding Seville to the Spanish areas where it is present.

According to the firm, it has appointed Javier García Rodríguez and Borja Rubí as financial agents with the aim of offering a financial advisory solution to clients in Asturias based on the transparency of costs and without conflicts of interest.

García Rodríguez, with around 16 years' experience in the private banking and wealth management sector, joins from Renta 4, where he has been director of the Asturias office for the past 11 years. He started his career as a financial adviser working at Banco Santander.

Borja Rubí also joins Diaphanum from Renta 4, where he has been a banker and an adviser for the last five years. He also worked at various firms including MoraBanc Andorra or Fimarge Wealth Management, where he started his career.

Madrid-headquartered, Diaphanum currently has over €1.25bn in assets under management and a team of 47 employees.
