Varenne Capital Partners, the long and short equity, merger arbitrage and tail risk hedging specialist, has announced changes to its organsiation to support continued growth.
- David Wierzba has been appointed co-director of development for France, French speaking Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. With more than 10 years at Varenne Capital Partners, Wierzba will continue to support the development of the company across all French speaking markets, together with Franck Hervé. An additional business development professional is being hired to specialise on the independent financial advisor segment.
- Bertrand Vaur has been appointed merger arbitrage team manager working with Michael Ifrah and Aliénor Cazelles joining as analysts, respectively, in 2017 and 2018.
- Morgan Le Guyader, who joined Varenne Capital Partners in 2018, as middle office and post- trading activities manager, becomes head of operations.
