ZGKB elects member to bank council

Zuger Kantonalbank (ZGKB) has elected Annette Luther to the Bank Council. She will join the board as of the Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2019. The election must still be confirmed by the Cantonal Council. Luther has been managing director of Roche Diagnostics International AG in Rotkreuz since 2014. In addition, she is also involved in the board of the Zug Chamber of Commerce and Technology Forum Zug.  She succeeds Matthias Michel, who leaves the Bank Council of ZGKB at the Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2019. The Bank Council is composed of seven members.
