DWS unveils corporate bonds fund in Spain

DWS, the asset manager of the German lender Deutsche Bank, has launched a corporate bonds fund in Spain designed to offer investors variable returns after a potential interest rates hike in 2021.
DWS Fixed Maturity Multi Bonds 2026 is a fixed income fund composed by a diversified portfolio of more than 60 corporate bonds globally with a seven year maturity.
The Fund aims at offering a fixed yield of 1.80% by dividend until August 2021 and then, if the ECB finally rises interest rates (as expected) it may be offering investors variable yields, taking as a reference the Euribor three months plus a differential that currently sits at 0.70%.
According to the manager, the Fund aims at preserving the real value of investors' savings in a economic environment in which investment products including guaranteed funds and government and corporate bonds are offering low returns.
