Liechtensteinische Landesbank Österreich (LLB Austria) has appointed Robert Löw as the new CEO of the bank, effective from 14 May 2019.
Löw has been the deputy chairman of the board and now succeeds Bernhard Ramsauer. As the head of LLB Austria, he will be responsible for Private Banking as well as Marketing & Communications.
Ramsauer will be proposed for election to the supervisory board at the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2019. At that time, the five-person Board of Management will be reduced to four members.
Furthermore, Harald Friedrich will become deputy chairman of the management board and market director for the institutional business of LLB Austria. He will be responsible for the custody, investment funds and real estate business.
