Ocorian expands funds & corporate offerings in Luxembourg

Jean-Marie Bettinger has joined Ocorian as head of Luxembourg tasked with developing its Luxembourg offer and driving operational excellence in the region.

Bettinger joins its senior leadership team with over 20 years' experience in the corporate and funds services business; transforming and leading organisations in this sector for more than a decade and advising PE firms interested in investing in this sector.

Ocorian's existing local management team remain in place and will report to Bettinger, supporting Ocorian's ambitious global expansion plans through the growth and development of its operation in Luxembourg.

In his last executive mandate, Bettinger has led Luxembourg headquarter for international corporate and funds services provider. In particular, he has strong experience in the structuring of alternative investments and the structuring of any kind of assets for international HNWI / UHNWI, large corporates and institutional clients.

He also has significant experience as (executive and non-executive) board member for international groups, and is still an acting board member in several commercial and investment companies (Alternatives investments and Ucits).
