Bilbao-based securities agency Norwealth Capital continues expanding its team with the appointment of Diego Cifrián as managing partner, responsible for the firm´s commercial and business development area, FundsPeople has revealed.
Cifrián has over two decades´experience in the financial sector, having developed his career in various positions always related to private banking.
He joins Norwealth from CaixaBank, where he came to be responsible for the firm´s private banking centre in Bilbao, a role he has been holding for the past years. In 2000, he joined Morgan Stanley after having worked for the BBVA Group, and started his career in the former Argentaria (now BBVA).
Norwealth Capital, launched in 2018, manages now nearly €400m in assets.
