Lugano based Valeur has been granted asset manager licence of foreign collective investment schemes pursuant to the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA).
The CISA licence has been awarded to Valeur by Finma, Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority.
This authorisation allows Valeur to manage Ucits funds and SIF funds, among others. Valeur will start by managing 4 regulated Luxembourg funds across different investment categories such as ﬁxed income, equity and liquid alternative strategies.
Other activities carried out by the company are discretionary asset management of individual portfolios (private and institutional) and investment advisory (for private and institutional clients).
The company has appointed PWC as its auditor in order to guarantee full compliance with regulatory requirements.
