Marco Migliore succeeds Caramaschi as chief executive officer of Banca Leonardo

Italian Banca Leonardo has named a new chief executive officer that will be succeeding Luca Caramaschi.
Marco Migliore joins Banca Leonardo as chief executive officer and general director, an appointment still subject to the bank's board of directors. Migliore will also be responsible for coordinating the development of Indosuez WM's Italian clients and will report to Olivier Chatain, managing director of CA Indosuez Wealth Europe and responsible of Indosuez WM in Europe. Caroline Bouchy and Luca Ghirardi, appointed as vice general managers, will also join this management team.
Banca Leonardo has also announced that Ariberto Fassati will remain as the bank's president.

The integration process of Banca Leonardo into Indosuez Wealth Management group will continue over the next few months with the aim to create a leading player in Italy's asset management industry in collaboration with CA Italy, according to the Italian bank.
