Generali Investments' senior SRI equity fund manager Olivier Cassé will join the InvestmentEurope Frabelux Forum 2019, taking place 20 March at the Ritz Hotel in Paris.
Cassé, who is a CFA charterholder, joined Generali Investments in November 2016 and manages two SRI funds: GIS SRI European Equity and GIS SRI Ageing Population. During the Forum, Cassé will summarise the current context of the ageing population, and outline his three step process implemented through the SRI Ageing Population strategy.
Among the factrors considered include: by 2045, the world's population aged 60 and above is expected to more than double, reaching almost two billion people. Population ageing constitutes a major challenge for societies and economies, Cassé argues.
Cassé has 18 years' experience in the asset management industry. He worked for Société Générale between 2001 and 2004 as a portfolio manager in the private banking department, before joining the Amundi Group where he managed European equity funds from 2005 to 2016. He was previously a financial analyst.
