Swiss boutique Private Alpha AG has launched its first artificial intelligence (AI) based fund with Universal Investment. Private Alpha AI global opportunity fund is a mixed fund that uses an AI algorithm to manage risk in stock picking. It is led by an algorithmic screening system that monitors 5,000 listed stocks. It also focuses on the global stock markets to identify regional market trends and to maximise equity exposure in the fund.
