Deutsche Investment appoints managing director

Deutsche Investment has appointed Michael Krzyzanek as managing director and is responsible for Fund and Asset Management.
Krzyzanek succeeds Simon Graf, who joined the company in 2012 and was appointed managing director in 2014. From now on the managing board of Deutschen Investment consists of Florian Mundt (chairman, Sales and Investment Management), Michael Sehm (Risk Management) and Michael Krzyzanek (Fund and Asset Management).
Krzyzanek has more than 10 years' experience in the fund and investment management of residential real estate special funds. His professional focus has been on advising institutional investors. He most recently worked as a Fund Manager for DWS Alternatives GmbH (formerly RREEF Spezial Invest GmbH), where he was responsible fort he residential real estate special funds with european investment focus. Prior to this, he has been fund manager at Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH, PATRIZIA Deutschland GmbH and Aberdeen Standard Investments (formerly Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH) as well as manager in the area of infrastructure consulting at KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft AG.
