Sarasin & Partners has appointed five new partners across its business.
The London-based investment management and private client specialist firm has added the following partners from within its current staff structure; Jerry Thomas (Asset Management), Alex Hunter (Asset Management), Tom Vernon (Private Clients), James Hutton (Charities) and Fergus Crawford (CEO of Sarasin & Partners Dublin).
Sarasin & Partners is known as a thematic investor and has been none of the few interantional companies to provide investment solutions within the traditonally tricky US expat marketplace. The addition of five new partners is a major expansion by the company as it looks to continue its growth in the UK and abroad.
“Promoting these five individuals from within the organisation is a testament to the firm’s investment in talent and deep bench strength."
Guy Matthews, CEO of Sarasin & Partners, said: "Promoting these five individuals from within the organisation is a testament to the firm's investment in talent and deep bench strength. They each bring with them industry experience, outstanding ability, and are acknowledged experts in their fields.
Thomas is head of global equities and also manages the Sarasin Thematic Global Equity funds and has over 20 years' investment experience, and previously held a position as a UK, European and Global Equity fund manager at Allianz Global Investors before joining Sarasin & Partners in 2016.
