Spanish value investing boutique reports €83m net inflows despite challenging year for investors

Spanish value equity investment manager azValor Asset Management has reported net new inflows of €82.8m received into the firm's range of strategies over the past twelve months.

Some 1,300 new investors have joined the value investing boutique in the past year raising to 18,100 the total number of participants spread across all the firm's strategies.

azValor funds' intrinsic value shows a revaluation potential of 85% for the firm's equity fund, of 130% for the firm's global equity and of 104% for the blue chips one, the firm reported.

The Spanish boutique has highlighted the ongoing confidence of its investors despite the challenging year that is nearly finished for the financial markets, in which high volatility has led to losses in all asset classes.

Earlier this month, the firm announced it would start offering investors the possibility to make regular periodic contributions into the firm's investment funds in a move aimed at taking advantage from systematic investing.

The new service, aimed at making easier for savers to invest periodically, was already offered by azValor pension schemes since they were launched in 2016 but with some differences.
