New members join Swedish Investment Fund Association

Cicero Fonder and Eligo Asset Management have joined the Swedish Investment Fund Association as new members, following a decision taken by the Association’s board when it met on 29 November.

Cicero Fonder is an independent Swedish fund provider, with funds primarily focused on Nordic assets. For markets outside the region, Cicero offers a number of allocation funds and index funds for emerging markets.

Jennie Edqvist, chief executive, said: “For us as a smaller fund company the membership of Sifa will fill an important function, where we can access knowledge and information on industry specific issues. The objectives it to further raise the quality of our business at the same time as contributing to the trust in the industry among fund investors.”

Eligo Fonder offers asset management through funds, model portfolios and discretionary management for individuals, companies and institutions.

Mårten Yrmark, head of marketing at Eligo Asset Management said: “The reason we want to be members of Sifa is that it feels good to be able to influence developments in the industry.”
