The Spanish regulator National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has issued a new warning on a boiler room operating without its permission.

Banca Primus, currently operating through the site https://bancaprimus.com and www.bancaprimus.es, is providing investment services without having the authorisation to do so.

The CNMV has made a specific distinction between this unlisted company and Banco Primus, an entity that conversely counts on the authorisation to operate and that is registered in the Bank of Spain.

Both the CNMV and other foreign regulators disseminate monthly warnings on those boiler rooms providing investment services without having the authorisation to do so.

For more details on the warnings received from foreign regulators at the European level, please visit the CNMV website to view any existing warnings on unauthorized entities and other warnings.
